Before any work is done on a vehicle, the garage calls FATEC and sends us its quote. Our teams of technicians, former mechanics or receptionists in garages, located in our technical support centre in Marseille, ensure:

The work to be carried out is appropriate
The negotiation of quotes : appropriate labour time (manufacturers scale) and application of FATEC discounts (thanks to our combined volume).
Invoice checks, supplier payments and rebilling at true cost:
- Cash savings: you do not pay the maintenance fees in advance.
- Transparency: we don’t make a margin on maintenance; you only pay for what is actually carried out.
- Simplified management: you only receive one single invoice per month for all vehicles.
In the case of Long Term Rentals, we pay particular attention to the amount of return costs, which are often excessive.
