COPILOT webapp voted service of the year in 2020
In 2020, FATEC Group was awarded the 1st prize for the Service of the year by the Trophée L’Automobile et L’Entreprise for the COPILOT webapp. It was also awarded the 3rd Service of the Year prize in 2018.
“The Service of the Year Award recognises service providers (manufacturers, leasing companies, start-ups, specialists, etc.) that offer services that help fleet managers at the operational level (e.g. services that make fleet management easier and more efficient, that reduce the cost of fleet management, that reduce CO2 emissions or that improve the driving behaviour of drivers). The innovative nature, cost and savings generated by the implementation of the service are among the selection criteria.”
2nd prize for Maintenance and After Sales in 2021
In 2021, FATEC Group was awarded 2nd prize in the “Maintenance and After Sales Trophy” of the Trophées L’Automobile et L’Entreprise. This second place was awarded in recognition of FATEC’s CSR support for suppliers and customers.
“The Maintenance and After Sales Trophy rewards service providers in the automotive after-sales sector, offering services that enable fleet managers to optimise the maintenance of their company’s vehicle fleet in terms of efficiency, cost or speed and/or to facilitate the return of vehicles at the end of the contract.”

COPILOT is a webapp accessible on smartphone, tablet and computer that allows drivers to access all the necessary information and features around their vehicle.
