- 40 jobs created
- approximately 500 hours of external & internal training
- a well-established integration process for each new arrival
- individual exchanges each year to guide skills and career paths
The South Region is co-financing these efforts and the associated real estate investments, to accelerate the development of FATEC and continue to grow its employees.
