Aficar Mobility, Direct Fleet, FATEC, Holson, Phoenix Développement, Solucar and Traxall France join forces and found aFleet, the first association of independent fleeters. In addition to providing a precise skills framework for fleet management activity, aFleet's mission is to professionalize the profession by taking part in debates linked to the mobility of today and tomorrow, but also to take a position in favor of expert and controlled fleet management.
Define fleet management and represent independent players in the business
Today, we note a real need in terms of professionalization of the profession of fleet manager, for which there is no academic training. The objective of aFleet is to establish standards of good practice and share know-how in order to clarify the role of the fleet manager vis-à-vis the customer and partner ecosystem.
Like the organizations representing other players in our industry, the aFleet association wishes to speak on key themes related to its activities: “We are a group of experts in automobile fleet management. Our contribution is also to participate in and enrich the debates around the energy transition and its consequences on the current and future practices of our professions. » says Philippe Ambon , secretary of the association .
Take a position and highlight the strengths of an expert fleet manager
One of aFleet's objectives is also to highlight the benefits that independent fleet management represents for companies.
Within aFleet, independence from all stakeholders is an essential criterion, it brings members together and makes it possible to offer an impartial approach valued by customers.

The association has a shared governance model with a rotating presidency every 6 months, to allow all founding members to embody aFleet in the ecosystem of the automobile fleet, representative bodies and the media.
