In the course of its activities, FATEC collects and processes many pieces of your personal data whether you are a driver, a representative of our clients or a professional partner. Acting in its capacity as “Data controller”, FATEC complies with European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
This data privacy policy explains the extent to which we collect, store, use and share personal data when you interact with us.

Collection of personal data
FATEC may receive your personal data: Directly from you, From our clients with which FATEC has concluded a contract, From professional partners providing services in the context of the execution a contract, From your computers, tablets, mobiles, From your visits to our websites or the use of our applications, From public authorities, particularly in the context of traffic offences.

Depending on the nature of our relationship and the services contracted, FATEC may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification data and status data, in particular the surname, first name, gender, license number, place and date of birth, number of children, bank details, postal address, e-mail address, phone number / mobile phone number.
Professional data, including the name of the employer, the personnel number, date of entry / exit, occupation, cost centre, allocation category, postal address, e-mail address, telephone / mobile number, the amount of the benefit in kind.
Data related to vehicles, including number of the file, the registration number and other identification numbers, subscribed options, data relating to operations carried out on the vehicle, to the claims reported, to the usage and consumption of the vehicle. related to traffic offences, in particular the offence itself, the date, time and place of the infringement, the amount of the fine and, if applicable, the administrative sanction.
Data related to use of services, including IP address, browser type, connection identifier, access rights, browsing behaviour, geographic position and frequency of use.
Data related to your voice and image, including recording calls to of our services and recording video surveillance when you access our premises.
Processing of personal data
Your personal data is not used for purposes other than those for which they were

Security and integrity of data
All your data are located within the European Union.

Sharing of personal data
FATEC limits the disclosure of your personal data to recipients exclusively in connection with the processing carried out.
When we outsource the processing of data, we impose contractual obligations to protect your information. The categories of recipients are:
FATEC internal services, in particular the employees of the Operations Department, the Sales & Marketing Department and the Information Systems Department.
Our service providers, including hosts, publishers and maintenance and support subcontractors.
The professional partners, such as manufacturers, repairers, leasing companies, fuel suppliers, insurers or insurance brokers.

Retention time
