Vehicle fleets must comply with certain standards imposed by the LOM law.

Private companies with fleets of more than 100 vehicles must include a certain percentage of electrified vehicles (CO2 emissions not exceeding 50 g/km) when renewing their fleet:

  • 20% of this renewal since January 1, 2024;
  • 40% of this renewal from January 1, 2027;
  • 70% of this renewal from January 1, 2030.

Companies must also comply with emissions standards and restrictions on internal combustion engine vehicles in LEZs (Low Emission Zones). It is therefore necessary to adapt their fleet accordingly.

To achieve this, FATEC supports you in greening your vehicle fleet and also in allocating your vehicles using our ZFE Fleet Mapper .

Leasing allows you to limit initial costs and always have new vehicles, while buying can be more advantageous in the long term, with full ownership of the vehicle.

FATEC supports you with tailor-made consulting missions in all your business projects.

So-called "active" modes of transport do not require motorized vehicles and are therefore less polluting . They include walking, cycling, and electric bikes (e-bikes).

The advantages are numerous : they are more environmentally friendly, more economical, but also beneficial for health.
