Our CSR

As a company, we are fortunate to be a collective which, from where we are, can act for responsible mobility and aim for the common good .

In this search for meaning, our CSR approach was structured in 2020 mainly around the “human” and “governance” aspects. Our participation in 2023 in the Business Climate Convention woke us up, with a “climate slap”. Being aware of ecological issues, and our part to play in preserving our eco-system, we are today working to “take care of the 3 Ps”: People, Planet, Profit

Aligned autonomy

We encourage vision sharing and employee empowerment.
Each year, the company determines its milestones, that is to say its general corporate objectives to which the teams are invited to contribute by determining their target objectives themselves.
During the “FATEC à la Hune” company meeting every 2 months, all employees come together to be informed of company news and directions.

Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT)

Our Great Place to Work® certification since 2023, recognizes the quality of the working environment, delivered following an independent survey carried out among employees. 86% of FATEC employees participated and helped reward the company for its quality of life at work.
The points that were highlighted during this study:

  • Autonomy, confidence, initiative
  • Good atmosphere, friendliness
  • Sincere attention to employees, commitment, performance

Training and professional development

We attach great importance to the integration process of employees, then to their continuing training.

Our objectives in this area:

  • 50 hours of training per employee per year
  • Offer development opportunities: in 2024, 18% of employees were able to move to another chosen position.

Furthermore, FATEC also supports local associations invested in integration through employment:

Preserve resources and reduce the impact on climate change

Beyond the business phenomenon of the energy transition of fleets, FATEC felt concerned “from afar” by the ecological challenge. However, the participation of Théophane and Mathilde Courau in the Business Climate Convention in 2023 changed the situation, with the sudden awareness of the urgency of integrating climate issues into our business model.
With nearly 1/3 of CO2 emissions in France, mobility represents the 1st highest emitting item: such an impact opens up the possibility of a major lever for action. As mobility managers, we therefore have a major challenge to face:

“How can we activate responsible and efficient mobility in companies and administrations that reduces its impacts, while taking employees towards irresistible sobriety? »

To respond to this, we have defined our “Cape 2030” with the mission of bringing people, goods and services closer together while making the planet more livable.
By 2030, FATEC aims to become a contributing company that acts for responsible mobility and aims for the common good.

What are our levers to achieve this?

REDUCE the impact of mobility use, by reducing the kilometers traveled alone or empty, by reducing the number of vehicles and developing the least impactful vehicles.
Target objective : -40% carbon emissions by 2030

EXTEND and make the useful life of vehicles and their components more reliable to limit the extraction of resources.
Target objective : x1.5 for the duration of vehicle use and use of parts from the circular economy in 30% of eligible maintenance interventions.

ENGAGE teams (FATEC, those of our customers, our suppliers, etc.) and organizations in a transition in which they are actors, and generate enthusiasm.
Target objective : 1000 people made aware and involved in a commitment towards sobriety.

In 2023, we had our carbon assessment carried out which allows us to measure direct and indirect greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, to be downloaded in its entirety below: FATEC Carbon Assessment.

Manage & share the values created

Counting what really matters
We strive to also give value to data other than financial.
Example: 38% of the composition of the incentive is based on CSR criteria.
Our target objectives include “3P” indicators each year.

Pay fairly

We are continuously working on our remuneration policy so that it is fair, transparent and sufficiently attractive: creating value together, valued by our clients so that they can then share it. We consider the whole remuneration + development + QVT + professional/personal life balance, and not just the facial salary.
Shareholding is open to employees who hold 5% of the capital.
33% of a year's pre-tax profit is devoted to redistribution in the form of increases, bonuses or profit-sharing and 35% is devoted to investments

Economic sustainability and governance

We benefit from a Supervisory Board made up of 9 people: 2 representatives of our shareholders, 3 independent directors chosen for their functional and sectoral skills and 3 members of the CODIR FATEC. It’s a chance to challenge our projects and raise our level of play.

Coherent business economic model
We take a long-term perspective, seeking to create value for the company, its stakeholders, and society as a whole. We adapt our economic model to future transformations to align it with sustainable objectives.
